Ahumada Unionized workers legal recourse available to end conflict
for 17 days prolonged the legal strike of the Union of Farmacias Ahumada of the Bío Bío Region. It was a period of intense and hard for this organization, which is the first union of regions of FASA. Finally, there was no agreement with the company, opted to invoke a clause in the Labour Code that will allow them to renegotiate a further 18 months.
