Building mass transit systems, such as meter image of Santiago de Chile, may be a reality in the Colombian capital after the announcement yesterday by the Government.
This was announced by President Álvaro Uribe Vélez and stated that this contribution will be indefinite, as of that date, for the years needed. See link
