The November 20, 2010 a group of students Interventoría Course for Engineers at the University District made an academic visit the Aerospace Museum of Military Transport Aviation Command in Eldorado Airport. The visit was led by officers and civilian personnel of the Air Force of Colombia, who presented with videos throughout the history of military aviation in the country and the evolution of aviation in the world since the first designs of Leonardo Da Vinci to the International Space Station through the race space enters the main superpowers, the United States and the former Soviet Union. The visit included a tour of the didactic room space and air show park. That visit could appreciate the technological evolution of the hats used by the pilots of fighter planes. One of the aims of the state is monitoring and protecting national sovereignty.
